I PLUGGED IT IN MY TV THROUGH THE COMPUTER BUT NOTHING HAPPENED I HAVE A RCA 32INCH AND A DELL COMPUTER CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME

I assume you enjoy a video card of monitor that supports it? And you have the S-Video cable plugged into your video card to your TV?
First, spawn sure the TV is set on the S-Video IN channel.
If that doesn't work... I used to enjoy to go to the Monitor settings and switch to S-Video out. (But this be back surrounded by Windows 98 days.)
on the desktop, right click > Select Properties...
Under the "Monitor" tab (i think? im on linux right immediately... check all the tab.) Look for an Advanced output option, or something similar. The setup is different depending on the video driver.
