How do I unsplit a computer peak?

I enjoy split my laptop screen to use beside a monitor. Now I can't seem to "unsplit" the peak. Can anyone help me?

i don't know your illustrative accelerator model. so it's not 100% sure.

go to the Settings tab surrounded by Display Properties (right-click empty nouns of Desktop -> Properties) and click the Advanced button. There should be a section call Displays or something similar where you can disable the second monitor.

Also surrounded by the Settings tab, in Display Properties try to select from the drop-down register the second monitor and see if you can uncheck the "Extend my Windows desktop onto this monitor" checkbox.
