how do you run 2 monitors beside window xp pro?

I hold an ATI Radeon X800Pro and would like to run 2 monitors from it. Is it possible?

Answer:

Yes you can run two monitors next to this graphics card. One of the monitors needs to be connected using the standard VGA port. The other will call for to be connected via the DVI port which is larger than the VGA port.

Make sure that the monitor has the prerequisite ports for you to connect to this card.

First, connect one monitor and boot up the PC. Once logged in, after connect the second monitor.

On the desktop, right click and choose Properties. In the subsequent dialog box that appears choose the tab labelled Settings. You should next see two boxes depicting screens categorized 1 and 2.

One of these will be your primary monitor, choose the slightly greyed out one by just clicking once on it and highlighting it.

Next, choose/tick the box where on earth it says "Extend my window desktop onto this monitor". Click Apply click OK and you should be done. It's that simple.
Try to get a router. A router would relieve in this situation.
you own to use a virtual monitor program wich is mostly used in laptops when they want to connect it to the projectors, everytime a satchel is connected to a projector the monitor goes sour so they set up a virtual monitor wich can be usefull even in your luggage
