How do you adjust the plane of a Dell moniter?

My dell largeness adjuster is at the lowest setting, but I want to adjust it to be higher. Unfortunately, it's stuck. Basically, it won't move any difficult. Could someone please help me?

look to see of within is a blue pin in the vertebrae. they are used when shipping, so the monitor doesnt self extend when you pull it out of the box. Work didnt know they extended when I brought rear legs about 100 of them from peoples cubicles.
You could in recent times put some books under it. I know that might nouns lame, but we do that at the office and it works simply fine. :-)
