How do i let loose the 180 flip of my monitor?

Well it could be two things it. One could be that display properties be changed on you computer. (fix by right-clicking on the desktop and then clicking properties) Secondly It could of be changed on your actual monitor (This is most likely the problem). Click on the buttons on the front of your monitor. and you should see a menu pop up. you can any physically find the menu item the flips/rotates your display or some monitors have a reset menu button (which will return your settings posterior to factory configuration)
turn it back the mode it came from
Right click it -> illustrative options -> rotation-> 180 degree
