How do you set up three monitors on a PC?

I hold a client who wants to set up a three monitor set up. I'm identifiable with dual monitors, but how does he set up three monitors? Does he obligation a new graphics card from ATI and/or Nvidia? thankfulness.

Answer:

Set up three the same approach you set up two, but you use two video cards instead of one.
Yes new PC and VGA cards are needed as the monitors may interface near slightly different bus speeds which may confuse the CPU.

Consult a technician within your area on what best cards to use for your motherboard
Depends on the PC.

Dell have a Corporate PC with a DVI output as all right as a Built in Video output.

The splitter on the DVI will pocket a signal out to two PCs. And just affix in the Third PC on the Motherboard Video.

Alternatively, use a DVI output to a Splitter Box that have Three outlets. The cost is about 110 US Dollars, and after you can plug in three Monitors near no Trouble. Check out Lindy.com for the best cable and splitter boxes. Or Compusa for the cheapest ( other than Amazon).
