Not really sure what you are asking here.
I presume you tinkered with your display properties and own selected an incompatible resolution...You will very soon need to reboot to Safe Mode and reset the display settings. Pressing F8 more or less once per second while teh PC restarts will bring up a boot menu where you can select "Safe Mode"
Not sure exactly what you be a sign of by "normal screen" but my guess would be to press F11
You need to highly wrought. What "screen" do you have? What operating system are you using? Is this a laptop? Is it your eyeshade, or a "window" on your monitor?
