What make you think its disabled? I want the clowns who tell someone to use system restore would shut their dumass mouths too! They create zilch but more problems for unknowing people! System restore is a end resort! State your video problems and you may find a simple answer to your problem! Stick to drivin a cab minicab boy or if you want to fix sumthin fix a sandwich!

Un-install it in the device chief and then reboot the computer.
disable on device superintendent and then reboot ur comp....if when u reboot it can find the drive by himself...try to look for it by internet.
