How do I swich my Mac into full eyeshade mode?

Answer:

On the totally bottom right corner below the scroll down arrow is three diagonal lines, click and drag the corner to the right and down until the window fill the screen.

NOTE: when you do this and print out something the print will be tremendously small so I would recommend that you size the window so that the document fill the entire window to procure the largest size print.
the solution is to get a workstation...lol...
wath program you like to put within full screen if you connote quicktime you have to enjoy a pro version the publication thats come within the contraption is free but doesn't allow you to see quicktime movies in full eyeshade a good solution is get hold of VLC for mac http://www.videolan.org/
