I would enunciate you can't.

You could try a super glue dissolver but it will ruin the eyeshade as well.



My push for leave it be and buy a different monitor. Scraping it off will drag 1/2 of the eyeshade with it.
I don`t know you could try a razor blade in moderation - Superglue tends to be brittle - be cautious not to scratch the blind
Sorry to tell you this but Superglue have ingredients in it that soften or dissolve part of the surface bits and pieces on your monitor. I'm afraid you can't remove it since it has already marred the surface.
